A widely published author, small business owner, public speaker and Red Cross Disaster Team Leader, Deborah has lived and served in Garland for over 38 years. She has served as the District 2 City Council Member since May 5, 2018.
Talk is cheap, but it takes hard work and negotiating skills to get things done. Deborah has worked closely with residents and businesses all across the district to identify concerns, find solutions, and make changes happen.
